Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto-asset trading services in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including in your country of residence.

2. Description of Service

PolyCop provides tools that allow users to:

• Browse a leaderboard of Polymarket wallet activity and performance metrics
• Set up automated copy trading, where trades executed by a selected wallet are mirrored into the user's own custodial wallet
• Use automated ("AFK") trading features that execute strategies without requiring active user presence
• Fund and withdraw from their PolyCop wallet via supported on-ramp/off-ramp partners

The Service interacts with Polymarket, a third-party prediction market platform. PolyCop is not affiliated with, and does not control, Polymarket or its underlying smart contracts.

3. Account Registration

You access the Service through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any credentials associated with your PolyCop account.

4. Custody of Funds

Where the Service involves a custodial wallet created and managed on your behalf, we hold and manage the associated private key material. Private key material is encrypted and stored using access-controlled infrastructure, with access limited to authorized systems and personnel on a need-to-use basis. We continuously evaluate and improve our security practices as the Service evolves.

No security system is completely immune to risk, and by using a custodial wallet you accept the risks described in Section 5 (Risks) below. Please note that transactions executed through Polymarket occur on a public blockchain (Polygon) and are inherently public and traceable.

5. Copy Trading and Automated Trading Risks

Copy trading and automated ("AFK") trading involve significant risk, including the risk of substantial or total loss of funds. Past performance of any wallet or trader displayed on the leaderboard is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your decision to mirror any trader's activity or enable automated trading features.

6. Fees

We may charge fees for use of the Service, including but not limited to trading fees, and fees charged by third-party on-ramp/off-ramp providers. Applicable fees will be disclosed within the Service prior to your use of the relevant feature.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activity; circumvent any geographic or eligibility restriction; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed within the Service, including leaderboard data or trader performance metrics.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolyCop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or funds, arising from your use of the Service, including losses resulting from copy trading, automated trading, third-party platform failures, or market conditions. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyCop, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or our official channels. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration, with the arbitration seated in Seychelles, conducted in English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.
